Demetrius Robinson

Executive Director

Demetrius provides leadership and direction for the family oriented nonprofit organization through aligned practices and procedures. He also ensures office operations, implements marketing campaigns and sponsorship/donations through external partnerships and collaborations.

Demetrius began his leadership experience as a Seasonal Teamlead through WE Energies in the fall of 2007. He later held the position of Lead Print Associate for Assurant Health in late fall 2012. Demetrius’ nonprofit experience began as President/Executive Director of Knowledge Empowering You for Success(acronym K.E.Y.S) 2015-2019. In late summer 2016, he accepted the role as an Executive Assistant for the President/CEO of St Ann Center for Intergenerational Care of over two years. Prior to K.E.Y.S and St Ann Center, Demetrius volunteered for the American Cancer Society from 2010-2015 as a Relay for Life Captain and served as the Sponsorship/Donations Committee person.

Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI; Demetrius is the second born of three sons to Fred Robinson, Jr. and Bertina Robinson(nee Patterson). He is currently completing his Associate’s degree in Business Management at Milwaukee Area Technical College in December 2026. Demetrius will continue his education at Marquette University to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship.

Demetrius has one child(daughter) and recently became a grandfather.

Aaron M. Bell

Board of Directors

As a Partner responsible for Portfolio Strategy and Wealth Management at CFCP™ family wealth office in New York City, Aaron provides strategic and executional leadership on foundation priorities. He helps manage key relationships , prioritizes philanthropic investment opportunities, leads due diligence on genealogy for member ancestry. Aaron holds a B.Sc. and B.A. with Honors from Pacific Lutheran University, obtained his M.A. from University of Oregon, earned the CIMA® from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and the ChFC®, CLU®, RICP® and WMCP® designations at The American College of Finance, outside Philadelphia. Additionally, he is an Executive Committee member to the Board of Regents at PLU® (WA), actively contributes on the Board of Advisors at Mansfield Hall College (VT, WI, OR), and is Financial Counsel to the highly acclaimed Third Space Brewing Company™ (WI), humble recipient of several GABF medal awards, all while serving as a Board of Director on the Fulsom T. Jenkins Heritage Foundation™, a national nonprofit/charitable organization based in Oklahoma City, OK.

Bertina Robinson

Board of Directors

Bertina Robinson is a compassionate mom, whom throughout the years gives exceptional hard work and achievement in School degrees.  Throughout the years working with nonprofit organizations, including PTA,Toast Masters and Prison Ministry.  Also currently exceptional dedication to different positions including  teaching youth and working with culinary services, as well volunteer member of our Church community Food Distribution services, a prominent Church Usher and Church Prison Ministry volunteers. In 2025, Bertina received a Community Service award from her Church Greater Mount Olive Church in Oklahoma City Oklahoma.

Monica McNaughton

Monica is a strategic finance executive with 14+ years of experience advising Presidents, executive teams, and governing boards across higher education and public-sector organizations. She has led complex financial operations, capital planning, and regulatory compliance for institutions managing over $300 million in combined budgets, with a focus on transparency, sustainability, and mission-driven outcomes. 

Velma Fulsom-Monk

Velma is an experienced Executive Housewife and the First Lady of the Eternal Life Fellowship Church. She worked as a Secretary and took care of all the bookkeeping needs at her job. Velma is also an author, a book titled 'Who Am I?' She is dedicated to helping others and reaches out to the community to empower individuals through the Word of God and the power of the Holy Spirit. As a First Lady, Velma is committed to spiritual development and growth. She serves as a wonderful role model for others, always encouraging them to deepen their knowledge of God. Velma is married to Dr. David Monk, the pastor of the Eternal Life Fellowship Church, they have a beautiful family with five daughters and eight grandchildren. Currently, Velma is doing research on heritage - a subject close to her heart and one that she is passionate about. 

Her passion for researching her heritage is also a notable aspect of Velma's life. She recognizes the importance of knowing and understanding our origins and is dedicated to this pursuit.
